...or something similar. Is there a wondrous item that basically acts as a permanent "Tongues" spell? Or that gives you the ability to speak a language of your choice?
(For the record, I know that you can normally cast Tongues and make it permanent, but this is for Pathfinder Society, and permanency is not a valid option. FOr the same reasons, 3rd-party sources are not available either.)
I found the Belt of Dwarvenkind, but it specifically (obviously) lets you speak Dwarven.
The closest I can see is the Robe of Blending, which would give me the chance to speak a given language while I'm in the appropriate shape - but it's a little pricey for my current economic power.
Any ideas? (Besides a potion of Tongues, which is my fallback option.)

There's a Staff of Understanding from the Pathfinder Society Field Guide. I think that's the only PFS legal item, but I'm not sure it's what you're looking for.

Can you get a Scarlet and Blue Sphere Ioun Stone or Headband of Vast Intelligence +2 with the associated skill being Linguistics? Every time you put it on you get (X=Character Level) ranks in Linguistics, and just as many languages known.
Ooh, that's a neat idea. I hadn't noticed that one. The ioun stone may be a little expensive, but I might be able to swing some money for the headband. :)
