Is this order being delayed because of an item not currently being available?
Would it be possible to have the Skull & Shackles part of the order shipped separately USPS first class?

You order is not being held up by anything besides the shipping queue, which it is in. This means that any changes at this time will only serve to delay the order (by taking it out of the queue).
I'm assuming, here, that your goal is to have the package ship sooner, and based on this assumption, I have not made any changes. However, if it were your intention to just change the shipping method (and thereby delay the shipment a bit), please let me know and I'll get that change made.
