How's this for strange. PF #20 is being shipped to me and I can download the pdf. However, my PF #19 hasn't been shipped yet, and I don't have access to the accompanying pdf. I know there was a recent change on which card I'm billing this stuff to, but it's mondo bizarro that I'm getting 20 and haven't gotten 19 yet. Am I still going to receive #19?

Looks like our system didn't correctly reprocess your order for #19 when you changed your card. Our apologies! I have manually reprocessed it and it will ship shortly.

Okay, here is another question. I received my Pathfinder #19 in excellent condition last week. Thank you for that. However, I still haven't received my Pathfinder #20 in the mail and I was under the impression that it was sent out before #19 (in fact, it was the shipment notice of #20 that alerted me to the problems with issue #19). Now, I just got the okay to download #21 and the notice that it is being shipped out.
My question is: where is Pathfinder #20 (print version)? Is it lost in the mail somewhere or are we still on track? I assumed it would arrive within a day or 2 of #19?

Your PF#20 is running somewhat late at this point, but not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give it another week and, if you still haven't seen it by the beginning of next week, I will set you up with replacements. In the meantime, since we did ship it out to you, the PDF of #20 is available in your My Downloads.
