It's not possible. Witches don't learn from scrolls the way wizards do. The Famillar gets the spell knowledge by ritualised burning of the scroll.
Now if you want to BURN that part of the wizard's spellbook, I might allow the spellcraft roll with a -5 penalty so DC 20 plus spell level for the spellcraft check. The book page gets burned whether you succeed or not.
The Wizard also will probably get peeved off regardless the result of your spellcraft check.

There's no mention of witches learning spells from spellbooks in RAW. But, since the process is so similar for wizards, I'd allow it. However, considering the way a witch -- or more accurately, a witch's familiar -- learns a new spell, it would remove that spell from the spellbook in question.
...the scroll is burned and its ashes used to create a special brew or powder that is consumed by the familiar.
So, you might get away with using a captured spellbook, but not your wizard party member's. 8^)

I was about to agree with Lazar, but scrolls are divided by arcane vs divine. Class is not a factor as long as the scroll is on the witch's class list.
.........
To have any chance of activating a scroll spell, the scroll user must meet the following requirements. The spell must be of the correct type (arcane or divine). Arcane spellcasters (wizards, sorcerers, and bards) can only use scrolls containing arcane spells, and divine spellcasters (clerics, druids, paladins, and rangers) can only use scrolls containing divine spells. (The type of scroll a character creates is also determined by his class.)
The user must have the spell on her class list.
The user must have the requisite ability score.
