In terms of sourcebooks from Paizo. Any specific location books I should pick-up.

Pathfinder Companion: Cheliax Empire of Devils would be a good bet for fluff, ideas and a bit of crunch.

I just started CoT myself and also have grabbed the Inner Sea Primer, but there is nothing there that would be missed for the campaign, as in nothing that would relate directly to Westcrown.
