If you notice a spell being cast, and you have that spell in your repertoire or prepared it that day (even if you already cast it), you automatically know what the spell is, including the rank to which it is heightened.
Select one of your prepared spell slots that hasn’t been expended. This spell slot is emptied, and one spell from your spell cache is instantly prepared in its place, heightened to the slot it fills.
Download Spell says it replaces prepared spell slots that hasn’t been expended. Let spell to be replaced in that way as A, and downloaded (but didn't prepared) spell from cache as B.
When opponent casts A or B, are these true or false?
- - They automatically know B before downloading it
- - They automatically know A after downloading B to replace it

If you want to identify a spell but don't have it prepared or in your repertoire, you must spend an action on your turn attempting to identify it using Recall Knowledge. You typically notice a spell being cast due to its sensory spell manifestations. Identifying long-lasting spells that are already in place requires using Identify Magic instead of Recall Knowledge because you don't have the advantage of watching the spell being cast.
So, your scenarios are
1) If an enemy casts a spell that's on your spell cache but not currently one you have prepared, do you get to identify it for free if you happen to download the spell on your next turn?
This seems incredibly niche, so... sure. I'd allow it. Many of the default spells in spell caches become very obvious after they're cast anyway, so this doesn't seem exploitable.
2) If an enemy casts a spell that you had prepared earlier today but you replaced it, do you automatically identify it?
Hmm... This is a grey area, but I'd allow it. The ramifications are limited, since getting counterspell onto a technomancer is quite difficult.
