Boon Question - Second Initiation Magaambya

Would getting the Second Initiation boon and setting it to Magaambya be the legal path for getting access to the Magaambyan Attendant Dedication?

I have a not so crazy build idea and the only way I can find to do it is to have access to that dedication.
