Hello community,
I'm Antony, part of the dev team behind Rolld Virtual Dice, a free dice roller app built from community ideas, made for tabletop RPGs and board games.
Rolld started as a simple fix for the classic "I forgot my dice" problem and has grown a lot thanks to direct feedback from players and GMs across many systems. Our goal is for it to become a Swiss Army knife for everyone at the table, simple enough for a pickup game and powerful enough for complex campaign sessions.
With the app you can:
+ Roll classic and custom dice: d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100, plus any custom sided die (like a d75), and letter dice A to Z.
+ Handle massive pools: roll unlimited dice at once, for example 50d6 or 20d100, with highlighting for critical successes and fails.
+ Apply modifiers and track results: modifiers from -99 to +99, plus a full roll history with real-time sharing to keep everything transparent at the table.
+ Modern design: clean interface with dark mode, handy for late-night sessions.
+ Fair rolling: a 100% random algorithm, no rigged or loaded results.
+ Battery-saving system: we designed the app's architecture to reduce battery consumption, which helps a lot in long sessions.
Rolld already has over 100,000 users, is compatible with more than 13,000 different devices, works offline, and currently supports 18 languages. It was built to adapt to pretty much any dice-based system, and fits perfectly with Pathfinder, Starfinder, and whatever other system or homebrew rules your table uses.
The app is free with no subscriptions. If you'd like to support the project, there are optional in-app purchases starting at $3.
