Creating a Storyboard style Voice-acted Video Series on Youtube

Hey everyone, i'm in the process of creating my first episode to post onto youtube. I'm basing it on the story of Rise of the Runelords with 4 custom characters created by myself. I'll be telling the story sort of like a storyboard/comic book style, showing how the scenes will play out, but I'll be voice-acting all the characters and adding music/sound effects, etc. To start it will just be me and one other person voicing as many characters as we can between us. My main question is, how many people like the sound of this? Have seen this done already? and anything you would like to see specifically from the art medium or just general advice to get started?
