Reading through, enjoying the adventure so far!

Chapter 2 has some editing errors that are worth calling out.

All the encounter rooms have the wrong level cited for their difficulty, that is, they are listed as "Moderate 10" or "Trivial 10" etc. instead of "Moderate 11" or "Trivial 11". The difficulty word is correct for the actual expected level of 11 - that is, "Moderate 10" really is "Moderate 11" - with one exception, A15 is listed as "Low 10" but should be "Moderate 11" since it has two CR 11 foes for a total of 80 XPs vs an 11th level party.

And I'm not sure about the encounter at D. It's listed as Moderate, it's against 8 foes of (Party Level -2) which would normally be Extreme, but the PCs have the assistance of a CR 9 ally, which doesn't seem like it would offset the difficulty that much. Maybe this encounter should only include four of the foes instead of eight?

Finally, the maps and related descriptions in chapter 2 really confused me. The PCs have to climb up a long way to get to the "ground floor" - but then A6 is described as letting sea spray in, as though it's only a short distance up and high tide would approach it. The "High" prison is described as being lower, not higher, it's down the stairs from the "ground floor" which ought to put it underwater during high tide? Which is possible, since it has no windows, and maybe "High" refers to security rather than height, but it's confusing. Then you go down from the "high" prison to the "deep" prison, which implies it's actually at sea level (water goes in and out with the tides but doesn't flood the entire thing) plus the map shows a thin wall and apparently a beach on the other side?

Absent any clarifications, I think I'll assume (1) no spray comes into A6 but rain and other weather can, (2) the "high security" prison is in fact below the main prison, and (3) the deep prison is at low-tide sea level, which could create an option for the PCs to break through that wall from C2 to exit, if they have a way to realize where it's thinnest, and then go through about 3-4 feet of stone.

In Chapter 6, "Tip of the Spear" - I'm only seeing a total of 580 XPs available for the entire character level. Notably, the multiple Influence rounds don't list any XPs for influencing the NPCs. Should there be an XP award for those? And there are no bonus XP awards for anything else in this chapter, the only XPs come from the combat encounters.

Absent any clarifications, I'll have to assume there should be bonus XP for the influence encounters, and possibly for allying with Athervox; and just award the missing 420 XPs at the end of the chapter. But I did wonder if we were expected to be ahead on XPs at this point, and the chapter was meant to provide less than the usual 1000?

The chapter 6 shortage of XPs mentioned above continues in subsequent chapters.

Chapter 7 only has a max of about 740 XP available, depending on how you count a couple of things.

Chapter 8 remembers to provide some XP in its influence encounter, yet still has a maximum of 540 XP available (including the final encounter which is rated as "Hard" and which is against a single Level+1 foe so should be labeled as a Low difficulty encounter).

After that, the XPs are about right in the remaining chapters.
