So I have gravitated away from d20 a long while now.
But I d like to try something again.
We are discussing running a few modules as rotating GMs with a friend from my old 3.5 days and instead of using Mythras Classic Fantasy I m thinking some kind of D&D3.5 clone as it will be easier for him. Fantasycraft is too thick to read through and I know hes going to give up with his limited time, so its out of the question.
Should I pick Castles and Crusades, 13th Age (both of which I don't own or have ever run btw) or just plain old 3.5 with the addition of something like Trailblazer?
What do people from the community here think?
Appreciate any in depth feedback as to why you chose one or the other.
Happy gaming!
