I have 3 questions about Organized Play, and I haven't been able to find clarification by searching the forums, nor through the site. So any help would be appreciated.
1. I play the majority of my games at conventions, which often means back-to-back games with potentially little spare time for me. However, I understand that character downtime has to be resolved between each adventure I play. Does this mean that my choices are to decide ahead of time what my downtime is going to be (and potentially pre-roll my results if I'm trying to earn money), or else I forego all but my final downtime of a convention?
2. My Pathfinder character is currently level 2. I recently played in a game that used pre-gens (Sundered Waves) at level 5. Am I correct in understanding that I cannot use ANY rewards from the chronicle (XP, GP, Reputation, and Chronicle-specific Boons) until I reach level 5? Or does that restriction only apply to some of the items on the Chronicle?
3. I own some source books as physical books. Is there a way to register my ownership of these books, so I don't have to cart extra weight with me to every game?
Thanks for the help!

1. You should probably plan ahead your downtime and level ups, but you probably shouldn't preroll them, in case you change your mind - like finding out that a feat doesn't work as well as you wanted it to, and retraining it instead of doing earn income.
Rolling a d20 for your earn income doesn't take more than a couple seconds, so you could just roll it after the adventure/at the next table, and record what result you got, if you don't have enough time to actually calculate the amount of gold you earned.
2. Sundered waves sanctioning document says that it can be applied to a character of any level, giving them correct rewards for that level. Ask your GM to write the chronicle sheet for level 2, and you get to use all the rewards immediately. This applies to most non-scenario content (but not all). Meanwhile, if you had played a level 5 pregen in a society scenario, then you'd be correct in that you'd need to wait until your character reaches level 5 to get the rewards.
(Note however that a chronicle sheet can always be reduced to level 1 rewards, so if you played a level 5 pregen but your character was still level 1, you would get the rewards immediately but the gold would be reduced to level 1 reward amounts)
3. There's no way to register book ownership.
From character options page:
To use an option from any source other than those discussed above in Pathfinder Society play, you must bring any one of the following to your game table:
A physical copy of the book you wish to use
A PDF copy of the book and proof of purchase from Paizo.com
Printouts of all relevant pages you wish to use from the PDF and proof of purchase from Paizo.com
Access to the rules you wish to use in the form of either electronic access to the Pathfinder Reference Document (paizo.com/prd), another official rules source such as Pathfinder Nexus, or a photocopy of the relevant pages, along with proof of purchase, such as a receipt from a game store or a screenshot of your My Downloads page on paizo.com.
Personally, I don't carry my books around (but I also have most of them as PDFs). I have a pic taken of myself with my books on the table in front of me. Technically it's not a enough to act as a proof of ownership, so a GM could still deny me from using those books, but then I'd just play a different character or a pregen. That's never happened, though.
