Missing downtime during character audit

I am getting back into PFS after several years. I did some games off and on over the years but only sporadically and missed a bunch of opportunities such as the free reroll character that expired end of 2024.

Because of this I am auditing my characters before jumping back into regular PFS sessions. I just realized I never did downtime between many sessions. Am I right that downtime is a use it or lose it.

Downtime is indeed optional and doesn't persist if not spent.
