New Customer

I purchased 3 of the Starfinder 2E books last night in PDF form. I got a confirmation email saying everything was purchased and they will be in my library when the order is processed. I have been looking at my account and my library in the store ever since and nothing has shown up. You have my money so why are my PDF files not showing up in my library for me to download. I put in a customer support ticket after about 3 hours of waiting and so far have gotten no response. I do understand it is the holidays and things will be slower but do digital orders have to be processed by hand?

The order right now says SHIPPED. Shipped when it is a digital order? How long does the process normally take? When will the books show up in my library?

Same issue I wish I had seen this post before I ordered. First time ever ordering from here and not having my digital download right after paying.

Unfortunately if this isn't going to be fixed until after the new year, I am likely going to have to dispute the charge on my card and get the money back unless I get what I ordered in the next day or so. I want to be able to play before my daughter has to go back to school.
