Hey Jim, this seems to be happening to quite a few people, my order as well has not appeared in my library after ordering. We have all put in customer service requests with no response the thread under this one. Can you please look into this? I have been a customer for a long time and this is the first time I have not gotten my digital order right after paying. Thank you
