Problems with logging in the store and with downloading my recent puchases

A few weeks ago I bought "Siege of the Diamond City", PZOPSS0500E. I was able to download it. Now, when I search for it in my download, it is not present.

When I go to the store part of the site, it doesn't accept my logging, saying that the user and password don't exist. As proved by this post, there are no problems when I log in the forums, and I can still log and see my older downloads.

There are currently two locations for digital content and two separate logins:

All digital products purchased prior to the launch of the new store are at the Paizo Community site. You’ll also find organized play reporting and forums through this login.

The second login is the Paizo Store. Here, you’ll find your Subscription Manager, Paizo Connect, your new Library, and all your account settings.

As we make updates to the Library, we'll eventually move all of the content from the Community site into the new Library. Thanks for your patience during our remodeling.

Just bought three PDF digitals today but they aren't showing up in my library at all.

I just bought a PDF (Draconic Codex) I can't find in either library. Is it because I used PayPal ?

I just bought 4 PDFs and received the confirmation email, yet none of them are in my library.
