The cloistered cleric, psychic, sorcerer, summoner, wizard, and witch are only trained in unarmoured defence. When compared to Starfinder, the mystic was bumped down to 6+Con HP per level and kept light armour proficiency, and the playtest technomancer came out that way too. Would this be a fair adjustment for PF2 cloth caster classes coming to space, or could this be overtuned?

I wouldn't call it overtuned, but I still wouldn't do it. Mostly because of the narrative side of things. PF2 classes are "the old way" or "traditionally", therefore characters with these classes decided to learn almost archaic ways to engage with certain themes and it stands to reason, that the "pure casters" would continue with not wearing armor (unless they take a feat to circumvent it), as it's part of the "style".

This is where I have a difference in opinion, because IMO certain character fantasies in the Starfinder setting are achieved equally well using PF2 classes as SF2 classes, if not better in some cases (in terms of flavour). A soldier who has trained to be jungle infantry can be an Action Hero Soldier or a Monster Hunter Flurry Ranger. An arcane mage who focuses on magical theory seems better suited as a Wizard compared to a Technomancer. A particularly devout member of the clergy wielding divine miracles can easily be a Cleric or a Mystic.
SO I think I'm just saying I would grant free light armour proficiency to PF2 cloth casters coming to space.
