What the heck is going on.
I've been valiantly supporting you folks for just under 20 years now. Amy and I have a shop and despite the COVID teaser about direct retail support that got quietly dropped, we have always stocked both PF1E and PF2E even before the OGL fiasco.
I have over $800 in store credit, and for as long as I've been a subscriber (I'm a charter subscriber dating back to 2008 I'll note) I've been using that to pay for my subscriptions.
Now I can't? You folks effectively just stole $800+ from me and I'd like it back - that's all I have it for.
Seriously, what kind of a move is that?
Please find a way to apply my monstrous credit to my subscriptions.
A bland "Thanks for reaching out. Gift certificates and store credit is not able to be used for subscription orders in the new webstore. Please let me know if you need anything else!" that feels like it was copy/pasted off a corporate checklist is pretty much just a slap in the face.
Seriously. This is unacceptable.
