I had a question for James Jacobs, I know that the description for the benefits of a follower of the Peacock Spirit/Xanderghul are not provided. Could you provide what those would be?
Mostly I'd like know what 4 domains does he grant and alternate domains(if any) and spells. I have theories but would love your thoughts.

My take:

I don't think that the Peacock Spirit SHOULD have domains or grant spells; that's kind of the whole point of it being a fake deity, in my mind.
I guess, if I were forced to choose, I'd say:
Domains: confidence, knowledge, trickery, tyranny
Alternate Domains: magic, glyph
Spells: 1st illusory disguise; 2nd illusory creature; 5th illusory scene
This is the first time I've really put any thought into the question, to be fair, so if I thought about it a little more I might change my mind about some of the choices. But those are my initial notions.
