Access to Shears

I could have sworn I saw it in a blog or update, or possibly a boon from a scenario, that characters gain access to shears. I’ve played most of the available scenarios, so I can’t recall which of those it could have been.

Can anyone confirm this or was I just wishful thinking?

It does show up in a scenario, although potentially with unwanted extra runes.
