One of my players has latched onto Iapholi in the hero-gods table of the Players' Guide and from the descriptions we can find she seems acceptable, nice but a bit rowdy and she was Neutral in 1E.
She doesn't have the same "utterly unsuitable" clause as Ongalte, but since the only mention of her in the first adventure says she "features later in this Adventure Path and is detailed there," I want to make sure it won't cause trouble when she appears if a player worships her.
I don't know if you're subscribed to the AP line and have gotten your volume of Titanbane yet, but if not: no, it won't cause any problems. :)
