Rival Academies Universities, Backgrounds, and Archetypes

Hey everyone, I am looking at the content that comes with the Rival Academies and I am really interested in Lepidstadt Surgeon Archetype. My problem is, I can't seem to find any information on how to qualify for it explicitly. I imagine I can say I have attended the University, but is there some other trick I need to do to actually qualify for the archetypes and backgrounds? I see there is a boon for the Runelord archetype, but it is Rare. Is there some really easier rule in society that I am glossing over to explain how to get access to it, or is there really no way to get access at this moment?
