Question about Downtown Willowshore map location

The Sanmi complex confuses me. Do they live in the Sanmi household (B10) or the mudwall house (B11)? What is the other one then?

Nadoya Sanmi lives in area B11; she used to live there with her husband but she's widowed and now lives alone.

The younger generation lives in area B10.

When the PCs arrive, they've all been gathered in B11 or B12, leaving B10 empty.
