For the Pathfinder module, almost certainly. For the Starfinder preview, it's less certain. We Be Heroes!, which came out at a similar time for Pathfinder 2e as Battle for Nova Rush will, gave a unique boon instead of a typical adventure mode chronicle. So I think it's very likely there will be some sort of organized play support for this year's Starfinder Free RPG day adventure, I don't know what it will be.
