Scenario #6-05 only gives 2 faction reputation?

Every scenario I've played to date has granted at least 4, but looking at this one I can only find mention of 2 for the Primary objective. The secondary objective doesn't appear to grant any additional reputaiton.

Is there a general rule somewhere that indicates that the secondary objective should also grant reputation for a faction?

I think the last line of the secondary objective is missing: The entry only states the objectives but not the rewards, so it should be 2 reputation for that one as well.

There is no official public channel for giving feedback about errors or potential errors, just as there is no official public channel for obtaining clarifications.

Separately, GMs are empowered to fix Obvious Errors, as stated in the Guide.
