1. The given map is mostly of the clinic, however it's written that the centipedes attack the PCs before they reach the door. Does that mean the battle is supposed to mostly take place in the area outside the clinic?
2. Is North really supposed to be up on this map? Because in that case I'm not sure what would be the western building Dami comes from...

1) The text is a bit unclear. The street-facing entrance to the clinic is boarded up and the facade of the clinic looks like it's closed down, with the way in being through the adjacent courtyard and garden. The creatures attack the PCs as they enter that plaza, so the fight takes place on the street and in the plaza/garden.
2) The map got rotated when it was placed in the book, but we forgot to rotate the compass rose, unfortunately. North on this map should be rotated 90º to the left so it points to the left side of the page, with east pointing up to the top of the map/page. Sorry about that confusion!
(Note that the same rotation thing happened to the map of the Small Farm on page 20 and the map of Dawnstep Bridge on page 24—north should be oriented to the left with east pointing up to the top of the page for both of those maps as well.)
