Old gamer here. Came here to buy pathfinder 2e PH and DMG equivalent and get out. From google search to check out took 30 minutes. That's 28 minutes more than what it should have.
*Why no SSO option? What era are we in?
*What are you going to do with my birthday?
*Why does the website take two seconds to update at each click?
*Why does the website give no indication that is updating during those 2 seconds?
*I need two pdfs, or barring that two preferably paperback books. Why do you hide these things under various packages. No I don't want to buy a beginner box. I have no clue "Pathfinder Rulebook Ongoing Subscription" is, the 8 ratings on it does not fill me with confidence and "Subscription Price: Cover Price" gives the impression you are trying to sell me some sort of $10/month service.
*Did you check out your main competitor's website? It takes me two clicks to reach the book I want to buy and one more click to buy the thing.
*Did you check out Amazon's checkout system? I am entering my card info, chances are I want to use that card. Why do I have to select "Use this card" again, wait 2 seconds, don't realize the website is updating, deselect the card by clicking some random place and have to select it again.
Seriously, I am not claiming to be the brightest bulb in the room, but this was an exercise in frustration.

It shouldn’t take 30 minutes just to buy a couple of books. Comparing it to competitors really puts things into perspective too. Hopefully, they take this kind of feedback seriously because it sounds like they’re making it harder than it needs to be.

Changing a storefront website for a fully active business is no easy feat, and costs a lot. They actually have been working on a new one for years now, but they encountered a bunch of problems. They even tried to update to new forums, but had to revert everything less than a day in cause everything was breaking down.
Sadly, the current website run on very outdated technology, and that makes it much more complicated to work with. But yeah, they have had people working on this for a while, but that's the same people that also need to work hard to keep the current site from breaking down and interrupting the daily activities, so they are very often interupted.

Dunno if it'll help...
but here's some direct links to PF2e+ stuff:
PF2e+ Adventure stuff. (Don't go to any of the PF1e links and you should be fine)
All the PF2e+ remastered stuff. (No OGL, just ORC?)

Until you posted that, I didn't even know that there was a section of the online store specific to 2E remastered rulebooks: it doesn't show up on the dropdown menu.
It's amazing to me that this isn't the case. It's also amazing to me that they don't have Player Core, GM Core, and Monster Core front and center as "featured products,"' specifically for customers like the OP.
