A few questions

I downloaded the playtest and see that it requires the Pathfinder GM Core and Pathfinder Player Core to play. I ASSUME that they mean Pathfinder 2e but it doesn't state this.
Also I have the regular Pathfinder 2e Core Rulebook but not specifically the GM or Player core books. Is there a difference? Do I need both of the others?
Is there a PDF of just the blank player sheets for Starfinder 2e? Fillable or otherwise?
Have they given up on Starship combat all together or is it just coming out in a later version?

It's a playtest. It's incomplete.

The document doesn't repeat the basic rules of the game, since they're the same as PF2. That means for now you'll need to be familiar with those rules or have the Pathfinder books to use it. The original CRB is fine.
When they release the final book it will be complete and contain the game rules.

Starship combat also isn't part of what they're playtesting right now, but that doesn't mean it won't exist.
