As I mentioned previously, I have a resentment witch that I play, two barbarians (one is a duskwalker), and an angelic sorceror. While I enjoy playing characters, as the GM, I'd prefer to only run the NPCs. Oh well, if a 4th shows up, my witch gets to sit it out.

Anyway, we managed to get through the entire first chapter in one day (2 3-hour sessions). 12 weeks and 6 days left in the summer. Hehe, overachievers.

On my Team we have one Fighter, One Ranger, One Wizard, and a halfling Cleric. They fought off the initial phantoms and made it to Matsuki's Mansion. They fought the dawnbridge encounter and lit the sacred Lantern. They now stand poised to assault downtown in trooper like fashion. Everyone is second level. I will fill you in later.

We've managed to get through the 2nd chapter by day 3 (4 game sessions). I actually have a 4th player for the time being, so my witch is sidelined.

Probably should spoiler specific posts since I didn't put it in the title, btw.

Anyway...

End of chapter 1:

They chose to give Gurglegut the dreamtime tea concoction from Dami, and he grabbed it up. Rolling a 1 on his save, straight to the ground. Seemed anti-climactic, but was pretty funny.

End of chapter 2:

The gray butcher was easy, so they ended up facing Mo Dookie last. The barbarian (I have 2, actually) went straight at him and got a crit on his first hit. Joy.

We expect to start chapter 3 tomorrow, sitting at 1461 XP (I'm still undecided on milestones).

Chapter 3 expectations:

Since this chapter is largely exploration mode, semi-sandboxy, we could finish all of it quickly. My guys are all of the place when they have choices.
