I wanted to pair the BB sheets with a mini for my new players but I can't find a 2nd Edition Ezren anywhere. Has he been made yet or am I just clueless?

I only see 2011 and 2015 Ezren minis on Minis Gallery https://www.minisgallery.com/index.php?task=gosearch

Edit to add: and looks like Fumbus found a way to still Ezren’s spot in the 2019 Iconics Evolved
