Are there any named people of Ustalav immediately after the final defeat of The Whispering Tyrant?
In any hidden crevice of a Setting book, or any barely visible footnote in an Adventure, anywhere in canon -- is there a named Ustalavic character who historically helped put the pieces of the Immortal Principality back together, and rebuilt Ustalav?
