I want to start by apologize if my quality writting is not on your comfort level.
In any case, I would like to share some of my thought and research I made about the subject.
Lizardfolk is a race quite common in rpg world and in pathfinder, it is an playable race.
There are some 3rd party which try to bring some variant about the different reptile, but I wanted to go for more ambition.

I decided to go throught every kind of reptiles and others with similarity. (Crocodile, salamander, Tuatara)
And such, it gave quite alot of work as I went to all what the animal have actually and trying to translate in Pathfinder.
Inspired to the beastiary and of the 3rd party of Jon Brazer Enterprises.
It far from complet and balancing.
You can say it is more a WIP or a brainstorm.
Trying to see traits, archetype, feats and etc.
The thing making me want to share about here, is how to improve better in an outside sight from more experimented folks and see your ideas throught Commentary in it.
What I would love from doing it also, is peoples or place would give more of those variety. You know there is plenty of reptilian and others kinds which give something unique.
By the way, i'm less experimented toward making class than race, and yet you would realize the races are quite out of balance as right now is more a brainstorm of bring the most characteristic those animals have.
