As still a newer GM, I want to do better at really integrating my party's backstories into the game. So any tips/suggestions from anyone who has more experience running Kingmaker or just has read the entire adventure and has a good grasp of everything that happens would be amazing.
Goblin Swashbuckler - Cruel mercenary company tried to extort his goblin village, goblins refused and so were attacked. His Swashbuckler was conscripted into the merc company. Spends many years in the company, but eventually a battle goes bad and the company is broken in the aftermath.
Current idea: The merc leader lives on and has slowly been rebuilding. Will make his appearance a bit after the kingdom is first up and running, having heard tale of his former employee now build a kingdom. He'll sleazy try and worm him way, in search of money and power, by offering his services. I expect him to be refused where he will then go on to work for Irovetti. If they somehow expect him, perhaps he'll secretly get an offer from Irovetti to f$~+ with their kingdom.
Anadi Monk - A diplomatic, peacekeeper character from an anadi community in Thuvia. Has traveled the land north from there, journying through a few countries before ending up in New Stetven. There they aided the needy and intervened/mediated disputes between local traders.
Current idea: I got nothin
Goblin Oracle - Has the Time Mystery and wants to find out more about it. In her dreams she's essentially had glimpses of the 'truth of time' (a.k.a. sorta time travel, time is like a river and you can jump in and out at certain points), but of course doesnt have the ability to do any of that yet.
Current idea: I got nothin
Dwarf Inventor - Part of an unusual and eccentric clan of researchers and crafters, outcasts to other clans. Mummers of the clan being cursed due to being ill-fated. Empty Whispers background so she hears voices, and desires explanation. Her grandfather, who she was closest too, hears the voices as well. However, her grandfather one day just simply disappeared, most assume he went mad.
Current idea: Her grandfather left to search dwarven ruins in the stolen lands for 'something' (idk what yet). Plan to have him been in the ruins Hargulka claimed as his lair, and so now is captured by the troll. Been thinking about expanding his lair into a far larger dwarven ruin.
Kashrishi Champion - Was found as a baby and taken in by a gnome family. Doesn't realize he's champion at all for Nivi Rhombodazzle. Just views himself as a fighter with special abilities. Nivi has clearly taken an interest in him and chosen him.
Current idea: I've just been throwing in little things like dreams or little strange happenings that allude to Nivi taking a role in his life, but don't know how to really make the ultimate revelation come to be and have it tied in to the greater adventure.

Goblin Swashbuckler:
* You could make Hannis Drelev the leader of the Merc company, there's a whole section about toppling him and his goons.
* You could make one of the Stag Lord's Lieutenants a fellow former member of the Merc company. Akiros' background could be reworked to fit, and if he was kind to the Swashbuckler he'd make for a good ally. Alternatively, play up the cruel side of the former mercenary for that sweet payback.
Anadi Monk:
* Not much to go on here, but I guess giving them opportunities to mediate conflicts arising in the kingdom sorta fits? In my first Kingmaker run Grigori managed to rouse a bunch of the citizens, leading to legal reform following some intense mediation and conflict resolution by the players.
Goblin Oracle:
* I cannot remember if it's in the AP or the CPRG, but Candlemere Tower has mad Outer Gods vibes. Her time wackiness could be due to Yog-Hoth influence or something.
Dwarf Inventor:
* I never actually played the CRPG, just watched some playthroughs on YouTube, but I believe in the CRPG the dwarven ruin contains an anvil which Hargulka uses to brand the trolls, giving them resistance to fire damage. I cannot remember the details about the anvil, but for your game, the anvil could be sentient (contain a trapped fragment of Torag or some such) and 'reaching out', looking for people to destroy it.
Kashrishi Champion
* Afraid I don't know enough about Kashrishi or Nivi Rhombo to be much use here.

I Can help :)
For the goblin swashbuckler, the previous answer works great. Note that Maegar also has a mercrnary company (not disbanded however), and the spikes one AT jamandi also are (too late for that).
Anadi Monk. The Orlovsky family, close to the Surtova royal family, IS one of diplomacy and peaceful resolution of conflicts. Not a lot written on them in the Book but if PC gets involved in the Rost/Surtova political intrigues, make an Orlovsky approach that PC (life debt or something).
Goblin Oracle. There is a damn great hook for him :
This Ancient IS the Ancient of Time itself! Can't remember his name on top of my head but pretty sure he IS the one presiding the Quarrels from Jubilost questline.
Plus seeing through Time numereous kingdom fall (through Dreams?) Can guide thé player toward thé bigger plot.
Dwarf inventor. Dwarf ruins IS a good Idea. Make him build a settlement here to explore. Feel free to have Numeria super advanced high tech technology Come in play (through the nefarious technical League maybe)
Champion. Don't know Nivi sorry, but there are a lot of religious plot you Can tie to (such as Valerie quest).
