How do I delete a Completely Reported Event, that was incorrectly reported?

I have a redundant Event listing that appears to be granting underserved benefits.

How do I delete a Completely Reported Event that has been incorrectly reported and adjust the gains to the appropriate amount?

Was the same game reported twice? By like different reporters?

If only one session was reported, you can edit it as needed.

I've edited sessions years later, even.
