Anyone have thoughts on Gremala's Q&A:
Would you like to buy my soul?/Are you trying to steal my soul?

“Oh, you tempt me so! But no. That bit of business is off of the table. You’re already spoken for.”

That last bit there really feels like something the PCs will fixate on, but it feels like its just meant to be flavor line. Seems likely to derail the scenario for quite some time. How do you plan to deal with it?

Also for Marcien & Backbiter, they've left the Reload 1 off the stat line, and haven't given Marcien any ammo.

Should he have to reload and we hand-wave the ammo? Or is it effectively an infinite capacity magazine/no reload/no ammo restriction?

Arisept doesn't list their size. I assume he are medium.
Also despite being level 10 and having 5th level slots, his cantrips are 4th level. I believe that is a copy/paste error.

The Shadow Doubles have the Summoned trait, meaning they are minions, but it doesn't mention if sustaining the ability allows both doubles to use two actions or only one. I am going to run it with both doubles using two actions when he sustains with one action.
