Tony Dow, 'Leave it to Beaver' star, dead at 77

Apparently, he also directed a few episodes of Babylon 5, one of my all-time favorite TV shows.

Turns out he’s not really dead. Apparently, his wife accidentally reported it. How does that even happen?!?

He is in hospice and probably doesn't have much time left, so a simple miscommunication is very possible.
