Do we know what source book this thread made it in to, or which one it's going to?
For some reason your link don't work, but what was published so far is in the Ultimate campaign book. It is only a couple of pages, if that is all that interest you in that book you can wait till it get published in the PRD.
Don't get me wrong, it is a very interesting book and well worth its cost, I am only saying that there isn't much on enchanting magic items in it.
