Can anyone clue me in on who Captain Colton Maldriss is, and why he warranted an exclusive mini?

He is the former faction leader for the Liberty's Edge faction of the Pathfinder Society, who stepped down to allow Tamrin Credence to take over after losing the trust of his fellows.
