Given how big a galaxy in reality is, there's probably no need to branch out to others, although the rules are light there. As far as a map of the galaxy, probably not. Don't forget that 'Near Space' isn't determined by anything as mundane as light-years. The Veskarium is Near Space since it's probably chock full of Drift beacons, but it could be on the other side of the galaxy for how much it matters.
To put it in real life terms, if drift beacons were around, Polaris could be Near Space at 433 light-years away, while if it didn't have them, Alpha Centauri would be in the Vast despite being less than five away.

They do, the Drift doesn’t allow intergalactic travel.
There is no map and if there were it wouldn’t mean much. Relative physical distance is largely irrelevant with Drift travel. At best you use telescopes to identify interesting systems to explore first, but at this stage of post-Drift exploration even that probably isn’t worth the time with thousands of ships out there constantly visiting new stars.
