Conversion guide is outdated (missing new classes)

The conversion guide linked from the Pathfinder webpage is pretty outdated, since Table 1 in the document still lists classes that have since gotten official ports, like the Gunslinger and Witch.

I don’t think it was ever meant to be updated, it was just to quickstart some conversions when P2 first launched.
