With Biohackers. I know RAW you still need to roll if you want to deliver Serums to pc's/npcs at range through darts.
Now I'm not sure if I like that rule a whole lot.
Would it be OP/Game-breaking if I added a homebrew for Injection Expert:
Provided the Injection weapon is loaded with the necessary amount of Serums. The "Target" is within your custom microlab's and injection weapon range. You can also use a ranged injection weapon to deliver a Serum to a willing ally you have attuned your custom microlab to as a standard action without making an attack roll once per round.
If trying to deliver a multiple Serums at range within the same combat round. You must make an attack roll for each Serum. Also taking into consideration of the penalties of a Full Attack.
What are your thoughts on this?

Unknown.
I don't think they ever clarified exactly what the heck a biohack is and how it's supposed to work with anything else.
The most oft cited piece of evidence is from medication mastery
You can add one of these medicinals to any attack you make with an injection weapon as part of the action to make the attack or attacks, but you can’t add a biohack of any kind to the same attack
Which can be read with three implications.
1) You normally can add a biohack to a medicinal or healing serum and this creates an exception to that rule. They wouldn't need the exception if there wasn't a rule.
2) The reason you can't add a biohack to the attack is because the biohack is a physical chemical in the dart and so is the medicine and there's only room for one chemical in the dart.
3) They just didn't want you combining 2 debuffs into one shot so they said no medication mastery with a biohack without any kind of greater implication to it.

The trick, which may or may not work, is to use a standard action to send the serum with a biohack (even a minor one, which they don't really run out of) Since the biohack automatically hits, the serum automatically hits.
It's a very reasonable interpretation of the existing rules, so you don't even need to house rule it.
If you want to dual wield serums though then you definitely need to start making attack rolls, and letting those auto hit would be the equivilant of casting two or more spells a round, probably not the best idea

True true. I think the Biohacker could really use an Errata. Or at least an FAQ.
But, after a few shower thoughts I think I have an easier solution:
Create a new Minor biohack, that’d be available for all Biohackers at Level 1. It’d allow the Biohacker to Deliver 1 Serum to a target at range, expending the Serum that was sent.
That way it’s covered by the rules for targets being attuned to the MIcrolab. And limits the Biohacker to only deliver 1 serum per round.
