So I have been leaving messages via the customer service email and voice mail for days. No one ever answers.
I can not track my order. The link leads to the ups site but the package is # brings up nothing.
According to the site it shipped on the 4th. Ups says it should have been trackable after 48 hours at most. It isn't. So ups says to contact you guys.
Problem is you never reply to any customer support issues.
In fact at this point I am probably going to cancel all 6 of my subscriptions and order from a third party from now on because at least they have customer support.
But I also want my books. Or at least my $144 back. Some kind of response of it's at least being looked into would be great.
Since we can't track it and still haven't gotten it yet.
