Izalguuns and "Four or more arms / hands" Prerequisites

Rules Questions

Izalguuns have the Posture racial trait:

"Izalguuns can walk on two limbs or four. As a move action, an izalguun can switch between a bipedal and a quadrupedal posture. When in its quadrupedal posture, an izalguun has a land speed of 40 feet and a reach of 5 feet. While in its bipedal posture, an izalguun has a land speed of 20 feet, a reach of 10 feet, and the multiarmed (4) universal creature rule."

The Multiarmed universal creature rule reads, "The creature has the number of arms listed. This allows it to wield and hold up to that many hands’ worth of weapons and equipment. While this increases the number of items it can have at the ready, it doesn’t increase the number of attacks it can make during combat."

There are, by my reading, four feats (so far) that have a requirement of "four or more arms": All Hands on Deck, Double Draw, Fusillade, and Many-Handed Master. There is also another feat, Four-Handed Hacker, that requires "four or more hands."

What I am trying to figure out is, do izalguuns qualify for these feats? They have four arms and four hands, but technically only when in their bipedal posture. And even if they qualify for these feats, can they apply the benefits of these feats anytime, or only when they are standing bipedally?

I am also wondering how izalguun posture relates to the Fourfold Tactician soldier fighting style from the Character Operations Manual. The description of the style includes this line: "You must have four or more arms to select or use this fighting style." I suppose that means that an izalguun can only *use* any of the style's abilities when standing bipedally?

Any insight on this would be helpful. I am putting the finishing touches on an izalguun soldier for SFS play, and would probably choose a different style than Fourfold Tactician if these feats and abilities are not usable by an izalguun character when quadrupedal.

They qualify for the feats. The feats and fighting style would shut off when they went into taur mode.

A fourfold tactician is a master of making use of multiple weapons and still having a spare hand. You must have four or more arms to select or use this fighting style

^ pretty much that.

The question I always had for my Izalguun in SFS was how to handle Augmentations, such as those that require "All Feet/Legs/Hands/Arms".

It hasn't come up yet because she's only 5th level, but I plan on getting Force Soles by 8th.

I'm imagining it would just be her two "always feet", and if I got something for hands, it would be her two "always hands", and I'll avoid putting any Augmentations on her "sometimes hands/feet".

But I honestly doubt any GM will ever have a problem with it.

Yeah, the force souls augmentation is in your platonic foot slot and the other one is your platonic hand slot, even if sometimes your hand is your foot. The augmentations are stated to just plain work even if they shouldn't, like extra movement legs for bantrid just means they replace your rollerball with a ball bearing.
