APs do not generally get official errata, though there are sometimes clarifications offered by the author in an AP's GM reference threads. You can check in the individual threads if you're the GM, though I wouldn't hold my breath for answers if you post on an older AP.
Although the starships printed in APs are invalid based on BP totals, I would say that there's no reason to errata them. Their relatively unoptimized builds more than make up for the extra BP they may be benefiting from. They function perfectly fine untouched.
The enemies were built to have fights with those ships along those same lines too, and probably also built with the old points system.
