Do CR 1 / 3 Summoned Creatures get Resistance 1?

The summoning grafts section of Alien Archive, when they describe resistances under Traits, generally say, "resistance equal to creature’s CR to ..."

If the creature CR is 1/3 (which is the case for Summon Level 1 creatures), does this round down so that they don't get any resistances or is there an implied minimum of 1?

Everything always rounds down unless something says otherwise.

Thanks. I know that's a general rule for things like damage and class abilities, but the summoning rules were added later and that made me unsure.

I'm tagging this one for a FAQ.

The summoning templates don't have an exception to the "round down unless we say otherwise" but the Simple Template Grafts in the very next section do have "minimum 1" language.

As written, no they don't. But I can definitely see this question coming up a lot.
