pdf order not going through

Hi there,

I've been trying to make a large purchase of PDF's for PACG, since there's a nice discount; however, nothing happens when I click the red 'Place Your Order' button (tried several times); I've provided all the relevant info (address, payment options etc.), but I don't get a confirmation email, the items remain in my shopping basket. In other words, it does not work.
Please help, as I don't want to miss out on the discount and also don't want to pay twice or thrice.

Hm, well, I read about some workaround below and that seemed to do the trick: I emptied the cart, then added the pdfs piecemeal (one Season at a time), and the purchases went through. Of well, hopefully someone else reads this before running into the same kind of trouble.


I already got charged twice for my pdf's. Do you think this will work for me?

I had the same problem and the work around of completely clearing out my cart (including those saved for later), solved the issue. My order has now gone through.
