I don't think it's a protean or aesir, but what else is from the CN planes?

I think it should have azata. I couldnt find any examples of a chaotic neutral one but their plane of origin is the more important factor i think. They originate from Elysium and Azata are the primary residents there.

I think Monitor would cover it, since it is the blanket term for Neutral outsiders much like Celestial is for Good ones and Fiend is for Evil ones.
There already are a few CN outsiders with only the Monitor trait.

They're also perfectly willing to invent new traits when they get into new territory. Bestiary added Aesir, as one example.
