Subscription Address Failure

For context, I have recently moved from an address where shipping was not an option to one where it is, and as such I've started up subscriptions because I can now actually get physical product delivered.

Also, since I suspect it may be important, my order number is #36403167

Unfortunately, there seems to have been some kind of hiccup. For reasons I don't understand, the system wanted to use my old address (zip ****1) when I created my subscriptions, and I had to fix that before the subscriptions could get created (as the credit card information's billing address was no longer valid). It was extremely annoying and difficult, as the system refused to accept my new address (zip code ****5), constantly telling me that it had 'updated' it to USPS standards and I should check that it still looks correct. I thought I'd finally handled that, and that both shipping & billing addresses were set to my new address.

Today I get an email informing me that my products will be shipped -- to my old address. This is, obviously, not particularly happy making.

I go to try and update shipping address, and I'm getting stuck with the same exact error: "This address has been adjusted to meet USPS standards. Please verify the changes before continuing." It won't let me actually fix the shipping address.

I've also emailed customer service, is there anything else I can do to get this fixed ASAP, ideally before the product actually ships to the wrong address? I simply do not trust the post office at the old address to properly forward a package instead of pitching it in the trash.
