All four were human. Vol Rajani was Nidalese, specifically, but I'm not sure whether we've disclosed the ethnicities of the others.

In my headcanon, Otari himself was Varisian and Zarmavdian was Keleshite.

And Aesephna Menhemes is, of course, Garundi.
