I have been trying to contact you via the email customer.service@paizo.com since the 17th of December 202 though have not had any response as yet. Hopefully you will respond to this post?
I tried to put through a new order that would be part paid by a credit of $99.98 which was added to my account by Virginia Jordan of Customer Service after I received an item damaged on order 5052116. However when I went to use the credit it was not showing up on my account and could not be applied.
Can you please fix the credit on my account so that I can place an order. I will also send the email again with the information from the credit (Again).
